Welcome to Sheet.Cal. By using our Google Workspace Add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Sheet.Cal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Sheet.Cal.

2. Description of Service

Sheet.Cal is a Google Workspace Add-on that synchronizes data between Google Sheets and Google Calendar. The service allows you to:

• Create, update, and delete calendar events from spreadsheet data
• Import calendar events into spreadsheets
• Maintain a sync log of all changes
• Preview changes before execution

3. Account and Access

To use Sheet.Cal, you must have a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the right to access and modify the calendars and spreadsheets you connect

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sheet.Cal for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal add-on operation

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost with certain limitations.

Pro Tier: Advanced features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

Sheet.Cal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sheet.Cal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sheet.Cal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sheet.Cal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uptime guarantees

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheet.Cal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Calendar scheduling errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheet.Cal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Sheet.Cal at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Sheet.Cal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
